These terms cover your use of the XLP Distribution website and its inquiry and application forms. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, submit material you are not authorized to share, send spam, or interfere with the site.
This website introduces our services and allows artists and labels to apply. Sending a message or application does not create a distribution agreement or require either party to enter one.
APPLICATIONS, RIGHTS & DISTRIBUTION
Applications are reviewed for artistic direction, release readiness, rights and fit. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for review. Every applicant will receive a response. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, playlist placement, revenue, or other distribution results.
You retain ownership of the music and materials you submit. By submitting them, you authorize XLP Distribution to access and review them for your inquiry or application. Submit only material you own or have permission to share, including permission from collaborators and other rights holders. Do not send passwords or sensitive financial information through these forms.
Distribution, delivery schedules, fees, royalties, licensing permissions and any other services must be agreed separately in writing. An application does not authorize us to release your music. Any signed distribution agreement governs those services.

Site text, branding, images and other content belong to XLP Distribution or their respective owners. Visiting this site does not grant permission to copy or commercially reuse that material.
